About: Outpatients / Pre-op Assessment Unit

(as a service user),

Taken at the appointed time and looked after very professionally by Kendra and Allison.

During the Assessment I was kept informed and made feel at ease with all of the procedures carried out.

Their confidence and professionalism made me feel quite relaxed during the assessment and I said my goodbyes with a smile.
